4.3 Prepositional Pronouns

After the prepositions de, en, con and sopre, a prepositional pronoun is required.

Ti	You (singular, informal)

Nós / Nosaltros / Nosaltras	Us
Vós / Vosaltros / Vosaltras	You (formal, singular) / You all (plural
Ellos / Ellas	Them

EXAMPLE	TRANSLATION
Cuesto èst entre ti et mi.	This is between you and me.
Estao accuí con ti.	I am here with you.
Cuesto èst por ti.	This is for you.

Some Romance languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Catalan and Occitan) use subject pronouns instead of prepositional pronouns with the prepositions below.

Prepositional pronouns can also be used to emphasize the direct object.

EXAMPLE	TRANSLATION
Me estas demandando ad mi?	Are you asking me?
Ad ti non te apprettsan.	They do not appreciate you.
